Who's in Boulder this summer?

I live and work in downtown Boulder, and as a result, I'm always around the locals and tourists that comprise the city. Each summer Boulder sees its fair share of tourists, and I like to anecdotally measure the origins of the tourists by listening to languages and accents people are using.
